Oracle Fusion Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the final escalation point for complex issues across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
• Manage incident resolution, release management for Oracle quarterly updates, and ensure SLA adherence
• Identify configuration gaps and drive process improvements to enhance user experience
• Create user documentation, SOPs, and conduct training sessions
• Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components
• Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion support
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules
• Hands-on experience with OIC, FBDI, and HDL
• Understanding of OCI (Identity, Security, Compute, Storage)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Certified Professional
• Exposure to SAP Business One
