Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules with a focus on UAE Payroll
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, configuration gaps, and data inconsistencies
• Ensure payroll compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS requirements
• Configure payroll elements, balance definitions, fast formulas, and payroll flows
• Support quarterly patches, testing cycles, and new feature rollouts
• Manage SRs with Oracle Support and handle data loads using HDL and HSDL
• Generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM specializing in Payroll
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll with UAE localization
• Expertise in Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management modules
• Proficiency with HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, and data migration
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, WPS, gratuity, and statutory compliance
• Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in broader HCM modules such as Benefits or Time & Labor
• Familiarity with integrations between Payroll and Finance systems
• Understanding of cloud configuration best practices and release readiness
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
