Oracle Fusion ERP Procure to Pay Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current business procedures to identify areas for improvement
• Plan, design, and implement system solutions within Procurement (Direct and Indirect), Supplier Portal, and AP areas
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional design specifications
• Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Fusion Procurement and AP modules to ensure optimal performance and compliance
• Provide application support for business users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements
• Train end-users on new processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
• Specific, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules
• Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale systems implementations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
