Oracle Fusion ERP Order Management Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement system solutions specifically for the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Document current business procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle ERP and internal systems like Windchill, GTM, and Blue Yonder, as well as external 3PL systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate business requirements into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
• Provide application support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues for business users.
• Create and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead end-user training on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes using Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Proven track record of implementing ERP solutions that drive business value.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
