Oracle Fusion ERP Logistics Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and implement company supply chain systems, primarily focusing on Oracle ERP Fusion SCM.
• Document current business procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and collaborate with technical teams on customizations.
• Partner with 3PL warehouse and transportation providers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct system testing, including creating test scenarios, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop end-user training materials, user guides, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes.
• Specific, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP SCM.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules and a proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
