Oracle Fusion ERP Cost Management Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cost Management for semiconductor flows, covering everything from wafers to finished goods distribution.
• Set up and maintain standard costing for wafers, dies, assemblies, and finished FPGA parts, including foundry, OSAT, test, royalties, and licenses.
• Build and maintain cost profiles and valuation structures reflecting multi-stage semiconductor manufacturing.
• Integrate Cost Management with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, and General Ledger.
• Support NPI and engineering by setting up prototype and engineering items and lots.
• Analyze cost variances related to yields, scrap, rework, and test failures to provide root-cause insights.
• Own period close activities for Cost Management and reconcile inventory and COGS with the General Ledger.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures and fabless business models.
• Strong background in cost accounting and experience configuring/troubleshooting subledger accounting.
• Proven ability to work with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.

• Direct experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience working with global teams on large-scale system implementations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
