Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Service Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the support and enhancement of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Financials and integrated financial systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and technical owner for Oracle Cloud modules including General Ledger, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Global Intercompany System, Supplier Portal, Tax, and Cash Management.
• Support integration with Oracle Cloud EPM modules and third-party systems such as Bloomberg, Workday, Citibank, Thomson Reuters One Source, OpenText, and Model N.
• Manage the Finance Close Calendar to ensure timely financial close and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for financial and accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Invoice to Cash, Invoice to Pay, Cost Management, and Intercompany processes.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Service Financials.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams for large-scale global systems implementations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
