Oracle Fusion Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement
• Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules to provide day-to-day operational support
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations and custom reports using OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI, and SmartView
• Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities
• Support ERP projects including upgrades, patches, UAT, and regression testing
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve transaction console errors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
• 3+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role
• Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong experience in Finance or Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement)
• Experience building OTBI reports
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies
• Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with MES or PLM systems
