Oracle Finance Staff

Responsibilities

• Execute engagement deliverables for high-growth clients in industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, and media.
• Contribute to consulting engagements and internal innovation initiatives within the Oracle practice.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing client presentations and go-to-market materials.
• Support the implementation of internal innovation ideas and automation to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with global EY colleagues to deliver services in risk management and process controls transformation.

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree: MBA in Finance.
• Undergraduate degree: Bachelor's Degree in Technology or an Accounting-related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in related domains.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Record to Report.
• Knowledge of ERP systems including Oracle (Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards) or SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ACL.
• Programming knowledge in languages such as C, C++, HTML, ABAP, VB, SQL, .NET, or Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of disruptive technologies including Cloud Computing, Blockchain, IoT, RPA, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Understanding of risk management principles and auditing concepts.
