Oracle Finance Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations across large, complex programs, overseeing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Advise clients on package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to align business requirements with transformation objectives
• Partner with executive stakeholders and steering committees to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Oversee key delivery phases including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Build and maintain senior client relationships while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development

Requirements

• 5+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials modules
• Experience leading systems strategy, business process design, and deployment for Oracle implementations
• Experience on Oracle implementation projects with total project values exceeding $5 million
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs

• Demonstrated executive-level autonomy in managing complex initiatives and multi-functional teams
• Superior communication and influence skills, including proficiency in MS Visio and PowerPoint
• Advanced analytical acumen for resolving multifaceted business and technical challenges
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
