Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle FCCS solutions, including CoA design and consolidation rules.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial consolidation processes to support monthly and quarterly close cycles.
• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management, ensuring seamless integration with finance systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents (FDD/TDD).
• Build and manage integrations across Finance, HR, and third-party systems using OIC, FBDI, and APIs.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure stability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle techno-functional consulting.
• Proven expertise in Oracle FCCS/EPM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation in multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency with integration tools including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UAE payroll localization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization.
