Oracle ERP - Finance - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews, and map client requirements to Oracle Fusion modules
• Design module-specific solutions within the context of integrated Oracle Fusion environments
• Handle solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions
• Assist business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, including test scripts and test cases
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO)

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials (E-Business Suite)
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Proven track record of leading at least 4 full life cycle implementations, with at least one involving Fusion Financials
• Extensive experience in solution design and drafting functional specifications
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and deliver designs from an offshore location
• Valid passport and ability to travel for client-site work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Project Accounting and Financial modules
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Strong exposure to handling integrations and data conversion activities
• Knowledge of documenting using OUM or similar methodologies
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for team members
