Oracle EPM Architect/Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Oversee daily operations of Oracle EPM applications to ensure system health, stability, and timely patching.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users during critical financial processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions for financial planning, reporting, and close workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business processes, runbooks, and system architecture.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop prototypes to boost operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members on Oracle EPM configuration and development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience working with the Oracle EPM suite.
• Deep technical expertise in EPBCS (all modules), EDMCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Expert-level experience in cube design, dimension management, data integrations, and metadata exchange.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting and business rules.
• Strong domain knowledge of Financial Planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across IT and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EPM certifications.
• Experience with FCCS and ARCS.
• API-based integrations with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of ML/AI leveraging Oracle EPM Intelligent Performance Management (IPM).
• Experience with Power BI, SQL queries, and Oracle ERP modules (GL, AR, etc.).
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry processes.
