Oracle EBS Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Oracle EBS/CPQ developers, admins, technical leads, and architects.
• Provide technical guidance on digital platform configurations and propose alternative architectural solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business System Analysts to develop strategic visions and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal business leads to ensure successful implementation and operations.
• Drive engineering maturity by improving standard procedures for development, CI/CD, and scalability.
• Manage team performance through metrics, career planning, and quarterly goal execution.
• Communicate risks and issues to leadership while recommending effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS implementation and maintaining operations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and test automation.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum practices or the SAFe framework.
• Deep domain knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including change management and source code management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Experience with Oracle Service Contracts and Install Base.
• Strong understanding of RICE components, interfaces, and declarative customization.
• Ability to evaluate and implement new Oracle products, such as Fusion Cloud.
