Oracle Delivery Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Oracle-based solutions tailored to meet client requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct assessments of existing Oracle environments and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and enforce best practices in Oracle architecture and delivery methodologies
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through deployment, including risk assessment and management
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle architecture, design, and delivery
• Proven expertise in Oracle databases, applications, and middleware products
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale Oracle implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud Professional)
