Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (Managed Services) Functional Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, service requests, configuration changes, and enhancements.
• Manage day-to-day operations of managed services to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues for Oracle-managed services teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support SLA management.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and industry trends to provide cutting-edge support.

Requirements

• 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Cloud SCM (specifically Costing, OM, and Inventory).
• Proven expertise in Cost Management/Cost & Receipt Accounting, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
• Hands-on experience transitioning Oracle SCM and Procurement modules from classic UI to Redwood UI, including VBS customizations.
• 2+ years of experience in support services for Oracle Cloud SaaS products.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Oracle ERP functional knowledge; Level 2 certification is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other SCM modules such as supply chain execution and planning.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
