About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementation on complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance projects
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, business process design, and manage the full Oracle ERP deployment lifecycle
- Manage requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and cutover
- Write and maintain Configuration WorkBooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP systems with other software solutions
- Ensure successful data conversion and interface development across Oracle Cloud Finance modules
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle implementation experience
- 7+ years of experience leading Oracle ERP deployments
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance modules: GL, FAH, AP, AR, PO, FA, and Analytics
- Proven track record in data conversion and interfaces
- Experience in Public Sector Accounting required
- Experience with Projects and Grants is a must
- Ability to be on site 50% of the time in Washington, DC (alternating weeks remote)
