About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle ARCS, including requirement gathering and solution architecture design
- Provide expert guidance on ARCS functionalities and recommend best practices for reconciliation workflows
- Manage data integration between ARCS and ERP or General Ledger (GL) systems
- Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support
- Conduct end-user training sessions and create functional design and configuration documentation
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of professional experience
- Strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically Oracle ARCS
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and account reconciliation processes
- Experience with ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
