About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform system enhancements
  • Support end-users and ensure smooth functioning of financial applications
  • Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Request processes using ITIL framework
  • Use SQL for troubleshooting and writing scripts

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle EBS
  • Familiarity with Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and processes
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing tools
  • Proficiency in SQL for database queries
  • Ability to work UK shifts (1:30 PM to 11:30 PM range)
  • Degree in B.E., B.Tech, BCom, or MBA
