About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to implement sales-promoting measures
- Manage personnel scheduling and quality management
- Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
- Provide full service including selection, consultation, fitting, repairs, and complaint handling
- Perform refractions and analyze correction values
- Advise customers with fashion expertise and active listening
Requirements
- Master's degree in ophthalmic optics (Meisterabschluss in der Augenoptik)
- Several years of experience in personnel leadership (ideally as a Store Manager)
- Strong service orientation and ability to analyze individual customer needs
- Expertise in vision testing and ophthalmic knowledge
- Team-oriented mindset
