Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers, including pediatric, contact lens, and therapeutic appointments
• Confidently recommend lens solutions tailored to individual customer lifestyles
• Clearly explain lens technology, communicating the features and benefits of products, coatings, and extras
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of advanced technology
• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize eyecare revenue and optimize labor efficiencies

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Expertise in recommending appropriate lens solutions and explaining complex lens technology
• Experience or willingness to coach and mentor junior staff
• COVID-19 vaccination is required for all team members
