Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care and clinical protocols to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations
• Drive practice growth and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) through strong partnership with the store management team
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships by explaining eye exams and addressing visual lifestyle needs
• Provide excellent patient service by making personalized eyewear recommendations based on individual needs
• Maintain state licensure in good standing and fulfill all continuing education requirements
• Offer effective training, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members to foster a positive culture
• Utilize available technology and office systems to enhance the patient experience

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Valid State Licensure in good standing
• Strong knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and strong organizational skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and service excellence
