About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage quality control within the store to ensure high-quality eyewear for sale
- Provide comprehensive service including selection, consultation, fitting, minor repairs, and complaint handling
- Perform refractions and analyze correction values
- Advise customers with fashion expertise and active listening to meet their individual needs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Ophthalmic Optics (Meisterabschluss in der Augenoptik)
- Service-oriented and open-minded personality
- Strong technical expertise in refraction and ophthalmic analysis
- Ability to work effectively within a team
