Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and ensuring accurate diagnoses.
- Partner with the store management team to drive practice growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing visual lifestyle needs and making personalized eyewear recommendations.
- Educate patients on eye health, explain exam steps, and encourage annual follow-up appointments.
- Maintain professional standards by keeping State Licensure in good standing and completing required continuing education.
- Lead and mentor team members by providing clear, constructive feedback and fostering a positive office culture.
- Utilize advanced optical technology to enhance the patient experience and maintain efficient office systems.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Valid State Licensure in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive business results.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service.
