Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and ensuring accurate diagnoses.
• Partner with the store management team to drive practice growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing visual lifestyle needs and making personalized eyewear recommendations.
• Educate patients on eye health, explain exam steps, and encourage annual follow-up appointments.
• Maintain professional standards by keeping State Licensure in good standing and completing required continuing education.
• Lead and mentor team members by providing clear, constructive feedback and fostering a positive office culture.
• Utilize advanced optical technology to enhance the patient experience and maintain efficient office systems.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Valid State Licensure in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive business results.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
