Options Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Manage client order flow and act as a liaison between clients and the trading desk
• Coordinate with traders to evaluate and improve existing client relationships
• Ensure a smooth post-trade experience by collaborating with settlements and operations teams
• Liaise with exchanges and RFQ platforms to enhance service offerings for clients
• Assist with the production of client materials and perform ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements

• 3rd level degree, preferably in a finance-related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales trading or financial services position
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytical experience specifically within financial services
• Proficiency in a second European language
