Options Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs to ensure margin optimization for new and existing options
• Maintain all sales materials pertaining to options, including Catalogued Options Lists, Selection Sheets, and Appliance Brochures
• Maintain current options and selections systems
• Provide pricing for custom requests across different markets
• Ensure all option codes are properly assigned to new communities
• Provide timely service and support to Designers and Sales Professionals regarding pricing questions, system errors, or ECO issues
• Support the Options Director with various miscellaneous projects

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant analytical experience or completion of college courses in analysis
• Ability to analyze data, recognize errors, and ask effective questions
• Proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
