Optimization Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across business workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
• Document current, transitional, and future state processes including process maps and SOP updates
• Partner with technology teams to evaluate and enable automation opportunities such as RPA
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to efficiency, cost savings, and productivity using tools like Power BI
• Support offshore managed service transitions by defining process readiness and standardization
• Lead pilot programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards during process changes

Requirements

• 7+ years in process optimization, automation, or continuous improvement
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or insurance
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar disciplines
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• BPM certification
• Familiarity with RPA implementation
