About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily site optimisation and rapid iteration updates
- Build, launch, and monitor A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation campaigns
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, developers, and paid media teams
- Monitor live performance, identify issues, and surface conversion opportunities
- Translate test results into actionable recommendations and weekly reports
- Manage audience segments and ensure tracking/tagging accuracy
- Act as a super-user for optimisation, analytics, and CMS platforms
Requirements
- Experience with optimisation and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
- Experience editing and publishing in enterprise CMS platforms
- Familiarity with CDPs such as Segment or Tealium
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced delivery cycles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
