About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the weekly site optimisation roadmap and RIO framework
  • Build, launch, and monitor A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation campaigns
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, developers, and Paid Media teams for asset production
  • Monitor real-time analytics to identify performance drops, bugs, or conversion opportunities
  • Synthesize test data into actionable recommendations and weekly performance reports
  • Manage dynamic audience segments using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Administer site optimization, analytics, and CMS platforms
  • Ensure correct implementation of tracking codes and analytics tags

Requirements

  • Proven experience with optimization and A/B testing software (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target)
  • Proficiency in web analytics suites (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Shopify)
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium)
  • Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in agile sprint cycles
