Optics Engineering Co-op

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned engineering projects within the Optical Group
• Support the development of FireFly™ and HALO™ optical transceiver product lines
• Collaborate with test, electrical, mechanical, optical, process, data, and software engineers
• Take direction from senior engineers to explore new technical solutions
• Maintain customer focus and follow up on necessary technical actions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Must be a student at a local university
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Ability to work part-time during the school year
