Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by executing the CEE Service Model (Connect, Explore, Exceed)
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Perform technical tasks including taking precise measurements and adjusting or fitting eyewear
• Educate customers on eyewear care, protection plans, warranties, and LensCrafters guarantees
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) terminals accurately, managing payments, insurance, and discounts
• Maintain store appearance and ensure visual displays align with company planograms
• Collaborate with Macy's hosts to ensure a positive partnership and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ABO Certification
• Proven experience in optical dispensing
• Strong knowledge of optical theory and current merchandise
• Excellent sales skills and ability to use tablets/iPads for customer engagement
• Proficiency with technology and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Actively studying the LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program
• Previous experience in retail and customer service environments
