Responsibilities

• Manage quality control within the store to ensure eyewear standards for sale
• Provide full-service customer care including selection, consultation, adjustment, and minor repairs
• Handle customer complaints and reclamations
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Advise customers with a fashion-conscious approach to promote eyewear as a style accessory
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
