Optician

Responsibilities

• Perform precise and high-quality vision tests using modern technology and binocular refraction measurement.
• Ensure perfect adjustment of eyewear frames for optimal fit, comfort, and vision.
• Act as a team trainer, supporting colleagues with your technical expertise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by combining technical skills with personalized solutions.
• Advise customers on eyeglass lenses, with a focus on upgrades to help them make the best choice.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Master Optician, state-certified Optician, or currently studying Optometry/Ophthalmic Optics.
• Experience in binocular refraction measurement.
• Native-level German proficiency for seamless communication with customers and the team.
• Strong technical expertise in eyewear adjustment and customer service.
