Optical/Optronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and optimization of optical and optronic systems
• Perform performance studies and feasibility analyses
• Define technical specifications for equipment
• Contribute to optical architecture choices
• Participate in the integration and fine-tuning of systems
• Conduct tests, measurements, and result analyses
• Write associated technical documentation
• Ensure technical follow-up of developments with project stakeholders
• Participate in design reviews and validation activities

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in optics, photonics, optronics, or applied physics
• Experience in the design or integration of optical systems is appreciated
• Strong understanding of optical phenomena and measurement systems
• Professional technical English

• Geometric and physical optics
• Photonics and optronics
• Image processing
• Optical instrumentation
• Lasers and sensors
• Zemax, Code V, or optical simulation software
• Performance analysis and characterization
• Experience in Defense, Space, Aerospace, or Industrial environments
