About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Total Patient Experience to build relationships and deliver medical support
- Determine patient needs and drive retail sales
- Assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, and facial measurements
- Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer
- Educate patients on specific lenses, coatings, and frames
- Collect accurate optical measurements including pupillary distance and vertex distance
- Dispense patient orders and perform frame repairs and adjustments
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in customer or patient-facing role
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong fine motor skills and visual/auditory acuity
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical office experience
- Previous ophthalmic experience
- ABO and NCLE certifications
