Optical Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class patient experience while supporting both retail sales and medical needs
• Dispense, fit, and adjust glasses and contact lenses based on prescriptions
• Help patients select frames, lenses, and coatings that match their style and vision needs
• Take accurate optical measurements and use lensometer equipment
• Process patient orders, repairs, and frame adjustments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service or patient-facing experience
• Ability to work onsite in a clinical or office setting
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass required background screening and provide proof of work eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical office experience
• Ophthalmic experience
• ABO or NCLE certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
