Optical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience for all clients
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of brands, warranties, and optical add-on features
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Assist with minor eyewear adjustments and repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless experience across online and in-store platforms
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or eyewear retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a POS system
• Previous experience in luxury sales or the eyewear industry
