Ops Support Analyst 2

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support services including record maintenance, account maintenance, and documentation storage and retrieval.
• Act as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.
• Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries.
• Execute assigned work, including annual review certifications and change requests.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop content-related solutions based on business requirements.
• Research and seek solutions for inquiries regarding help content, policy gaps, and business changes.
• Monitor work progression to ensure all assignments are completed by the requested due dates.
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls and adhere to all compliance laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree, University degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected changes in requirements.
