Ops Sup Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and documentation for Client Reports and Advices, including communication letters and notices
• Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to recommend priorities and delivery timelines
• Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all regulatory business requirements are met and signed off
• Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts
• Manage and maintain project plans, acting as a project manager for follow-ups across various departments
• Provide regular status updates and create presentations for steering committee meetings
• Maintain records, documentation, and account maintenance in coordination with the Core Operations team
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm, clients, and assets while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
• General knowledge of client reporting within the industry
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in operations or business analysis
