Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between claims, operations, and product to ensure product decisions reflect real claims-handling needs
• Identify inefficiencies by working closely with claims adjusters and analyzing claims data
• Work with the product team to design, test, and implement process improvements
• Ensure new processes and automations are properly implemented and adopted by the claims team
• Track the impact of process changes using data, feedback, and operational metrics

Requirements

• Strong process thinking and workflow mapping skills
• Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to write clearly for claims, leadership, and product audiences
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in claims handling, claims operations, or TPA/carrier/MGA operations
• Experience rolling out new systems, features, or workflow changes
• Experience writing product requirements, tickets, SOPs, or process documentation
• Basic SQL, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tooling
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
