Ophthalmology Consultant

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions
• Perform specialized eye surgeries
• Manage patient follow-ups
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors, medical students, and healthcare professionals
• Engage in clinical research to advance the field of ophthalmology
• Participate in departmental meetings and policy development
• Collaborate with other specialists such as dermatologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and ENT surgeons

Requirements

• GMC registration
• CCT preferred
• Relevant Ophthalmologist experience
