About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead in-person training sessions and onboarding in the field of ophthalmic optics at the Berlin training center
- Develop and continuously optimize practical training concepts and educational materials
- Manage quality control in the store to ensure high-quality eyewear for sale
- Provide full customer service including selection, consultation, fitting, minor repairs, and complaint handling
- Perform refractions and analyze correction values
- Advise customers with a focus on fashion and individual needs
Requirements
- Master's degree in ophthalmic optics (Augenoptikermeister)
- Experience as a trainer, coach, or in colleague training is ideal
- Strong passion for knowledge transfer and professional development
- Service-oriented personality with excellent customer consultation skills
- Profound experience in refraction and analysis of correction values
- Flexible, confident, and goal-oriented mindset
