Ophthalmic Optics Master

Responsibilities

• Lead new store openings by taking operational responsibility for the first 6 months
• Build teams and onboard new employees while communicating company values
• Implement standards, processes, and KPIs to ensure brand quality
• Analyze key performance indicators and optimize store workflows
• Hand over operational stores to permanent Store Managers after the initial phase
• Act as an interface for the expansion and opening teams to optimize processes

Requirements

• Master Craftsman degree in Ophthalmic Optics (Augenoptikermeister)
• High willingness to travel and relocate within Germany
• Several years of experience in personnel leadership (e.g., as Store Manager or Deputy)
• Strong customer orientation and service-minded approach
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
