OPEX Administrator Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure integration of company financial information
• Verify accounting accounts against presented financial reports
• Organize and consolidate budgets for financial planning
• Control CAPEX projects and evaluate monthly progress
• Ensure compliance with financial manuals, corporate policies, and official laws
• Perform cost and expense analysis for designated areas and provide recommendations
• Validate OPEX by generating monthly reports comparing expenses against previous year, Forecast, and actual month
• Manage distribution tables based on M2 and FTE
• Monitor contracts related to rent, vehicles, insurance, security, and utilities for Colombia and the CAM region
• Validate national information for procurement of stationery and cleaning supplies
• Review inventory of cleaning elements and supplies

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, International Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, treasury, billing, or financial/administrative cost control and planning
• Knowledge of basic finance, costs, budgeting, accounting, and Excel
