Operator/Set-up III

Responsibilities

• Prepare, adjust, and operate complex industrial production machinery according to established work plans and manufacturing specifications.
• Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure maximum utilization.
• Inspect parts using drawings and schematics to ensure high quality and compliance with product specifications.
• Adjust mechanical and pneumatic components to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records in accordance with quality systems.
• Utilize IIoT Dashboards, Visual Displays, and Tier 1 Boards to discuss key metrics including safety and quality.
• Identify and report machinery deficiencies, abnormalities, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Coordinate with team members to transfer operational knowledge and manage workspace cleanliness.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Automotive/Industrial Mechanics or Tool & Die Maker.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience with intermediate knowledge of tooling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and LEAN manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced mathematical skills and experience with complex mechanics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IIoT connectivity and digital manufacturing systems (TDM, PDES).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting advanced production machinery.
• Experience in high-level product and process inspection.
