Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and established procedures to prepare and assemble products
• Operate equipment, tools, and machinery to meet production metrics
• Ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete necessary reports, including manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects, and production times

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and comprehend measurements on a tape measure
• Established good attendance record at previous employment
• Work history that does not exceed more than two jobs in the past year

Preferred Qualifications

• Up to three years of related manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer systems
• Willingness to work overtime and be a cross-functional team member
• Ability to learn new skills and follow directions quickly
