Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment and machinery
• Assemble products and ensure all items meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet production metrics and takt time requirements
• Complete necessary reports, including manufacturing orders, scrap, and production times

Requirements

• Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend measurements
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds
• Ability to multitask and work both individually and in teams

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Up to three years of related manufacturing experience
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Hand dexterity and a willingness to work overtime when needed
• Desire to learn new skills and work as a cross-functional team member
