Responsibilities

• Operate and perform changeovers on production lines according to production plans
• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure product quality and smooth operation
• Perform operational troubleshooting and resolve machine faults, collaborating with the maintenance department when necessary
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on equipment
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and repairs
• Assist in training colleagues in cooperation with trainers and Team Leaders

Requirements

• Experience with automatic production lines and setting up manufacturing technology
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• High level of independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Technical education is highly preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
