Operator V

Responsibilities

• Operate Plastic Pour Bottle Blow Molding (Sidel) and Haumiller Gasket machines
• Inspect bottle and gasket assemblies to ensure quality standards
• Perform machine start-up, readiness checks, and minor mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Monitor equipment and perform necessary adjustments during production
• Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety regulations strictly
• Complete and document production and batch documentation accurately
• Perform line clearances and verify material correctness
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
• Train as a back-up Production Technician and perform relief duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and stoop
• Ability to work in a Class I Controlled Environment with required gowning/PPE
• Ability to work in an environment with constant or intermittent noise exposure

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience
• Experience with minor mechanical or electrical troubleshooting
• Additional technical training or education
