Responsibilities

• Perform production functions for Plastic Pour Bottle Blow Molding and operate Haumiller Gasket Machines.
• Inspect bottle and gasket assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage machine start-up, readiness, and monitoring, including performing minor adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety regulations.
• Complete and document production and batch documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Train as a back-up Production Technician and perform relief duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a calculator and maintenance tools.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, and stoop.
• Capability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained to do so.
• Ability to work in a Class I Controlled Environment with specific gowning requirements.
• Ability to work in environments with constant or intermittent noise exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with minor mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
• Additional technical training or education.
